They said automatic bill pay was setup, but it wasn't. When it came time for the next payment my account was unpaid. They charged a late fee, disabled my gate code and overlocked my unit. I went to the office and they said it would be handled before they left for the day. 3 days later it still isn't fixed. I can't get in now, but the unit is nice, and for a good price.
